ARE YOU A CURIOUS YOGI? • DIVE DEEPER

Are you a curious Yogi with an adventurous spirit?
Would you like to dive deeper?

Yoga Nature is passionate about helping curious Yogis with an adventurous spirit explore the subtle dimensions of their Practice – and to (re)awaken a deeper connection with their own authentic Sadhana – in ways that are openhearted, spacious, fresh and alive!

Mardi shares an authentic and wholistic approach to Yoga – creating a supportive, joyful and energising space for Yogis who are inspired by the transformative practices and timeless, embodied wisdom of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, self inquiry, Yogic philosophy and deep rest. At it’s heart, Yoga offers us precious tools to live life fully – with more clarity, understanding, ease and joy – we begin to Awaken!

Mardi is a long-time student of Clive Sheridan, and had studied with many insightful Teachers of Yoga and Dharma in Australia, India and Bali. She is devoted to her own inner journey and unfolding Sadhana – which she continues to explore at ‘home’, as well as travelling regularly to Mother India, where she dives into the Aliveness on long retreats and spiritual Yatras (Pilgrimages). It’s this Source of living wisdom – and Nature Herself – that inspires Mardi to share the practices and serve others.

Yoga Nature offers Hatha and Vinyasa Classes in Kelvin Grove + Brookfield, as well as Personal Yoga Sessions + Guidance, and Workshops + Immersions in the Brisbane area – including several upcoming Yoga + Meditation Retreats in Nature, see below.
