Mardi shares a wholistic and authentic approach to Yoga – creating a supportive, joyful and energising space for all who are interested in the transformative practices and embodied wisdom of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (subtle breath awareness) and mindful self inquiry. 

Yoga Nature offers Hatha and Vinyasa Classes in Kelvin Grove + Brookfield, as well as Personal Yoga Sessions,  Workshops + Immersions in the Brisbane area – including several upcoming Yoga + Meditation Retreats in Nature. See below…

After a yoga hiatus of a couple of years I recently discovered Mardi’s wonderful Monday morning classes. Set in beautiful surroundings, her teaching strikes just the right balance between nurturing gentleness and cultivating energy. While I loved (love!) the group classes what I really wanted was to be able to practice regularly at home—something I’ve never been quite able to pull off. After talking about it with Mardi I booked in for a private lesson so she could create a sequence specially tailored for me. Mardi listened to what I wanted, and crafted a sequence that not only suits me physically and helps me meet my practice goals, but gives me joy each time I step on the mat!

Mardi is living the life she teaches—she has a warm, open heart, a soulful energy and a commitment to the sacred life of yoga.
