The original inspiration for these new Online Yoga Classes, was my deep wish to offer a welcoming and supportive space to everyone working on the ‘frontline’ at this time of COVID-19 – particularly health care workers, health care professionals, carers, social workers, counsellors, teachers, advocates, parents – and anyone who is seeking ways to stay grounded, calm, resilient and joyful during these times!
Choose from weekly ‘Yoga for Wellbeing’ Classes, ‘Breath is Life’ Sessions and Free Guided Meditations.
These nourishing Classes are suitable for complete beginners and all seekers of wholistic wellbeing.
Each online class is kept small, to ensure you still receive the guidance and support of an ‘in-person’ class. All Welcome!
