Dear Yogins and Friends,

In light of the need for social (physical) distancing during these interesting times, over the past 4 weeks I’ve been teaching all of my Yoga Nature Classes and Offerings live online via Zoom.

• An invitation for you! •

Now that my lovely students are settled into the weekly rhythm of our new online space, I’m opening up my Online Classes to all seekers of wholistic wellbeing, curious beginners and Yogins with an adventurous spirit. 

My intention for these weekly live online classes, offerings and free meditations, is to continue to help us stay grounded, resilient and open to the fullness of Life… and its simple joys! 

Whether you’re a long-term Yogin or a seeker of wholistic wellbeing, may these online offerings support you on your journey – and help us all stay nourished and connected to each other, and the vibrant Source within, during these challenging times of uncertainty and potential.

These Live Online Classes and Offerings

Choose from weekly Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Classes,
‘Yoga for Wellbeing’ Classes, Breath Awareness Sessions

Free Guided Meditations.

Each online class is kept small, to ensure you still receive the guidance and support of an ‘in-person’ class. All Welcome!
