In light of the need for social (physical) distancing during these interesting times, over the past 4 weeks I’ve been teaching all of my Yoga Nature Classes and Offerings live online via Zoom.

Now that my lovely students are settled into the weekly rhythm of our new online space, I’m opening up my Online Classes to all seekers of wholistic wellbeing, curious beginners and Yogins with an adventurous spirit.
My intention for these weekly live online classes, offerings and free meditations, is to continue to help us stay grounded, resilient and open to the fullness of Life… and its simple joys!
