CLASS REMINDERS + WHAT TO BRING

Classes run throughout the year, so you can start at any time.

CLASSES START ON TIME.
PLEASE ARRIVE 5–10 MINUTES EARLY TO SETTLE IN.
THIS IS TRULY APPRECIATED BY ALL!
WHAT TO WEAR…

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Yoga is practiced barefoot – so please leave your shoes at the door to the yoga room. Thank you!

WHAT TO BRING…

Please bring your own:
•   Yoga mat (if you have one)
•   Water bottle
•   Towel
•   Warm clothing (for when the body cools down)
(A limited number of yoga mats are available for use in class, for those who do not yet have their own).

ALL YOGA NATURE CLASSES ARE EQUIPPED WITH:

•   Yoga Blankets
•   Bolsters
•   Blocks; and
•   Belts.

AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, PLEASE BRING AN OPEN MIND!
