Yoga Nature’s In-Person and Live Online Classes and Offerings are open to all seekers of wholistic wellbeing – from curious beginners through to experienced Yogins with an adventurous spirit.
Choose from weekly Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Classes,
‘Yoga for Wellbeing’ Classes, Breath Awareness + Pranayama Sessions, FreeGuided Meditations andseasonal Beginners Courses, Workshops and In-depth Immersions throughout the year.

In-Person Classes are held in peaceful, airy, indoor spaces surrounded by trees in Kelvin Grove and Brookfield, Brisbane. • Live Online Classes are taught via Zoom, from my home in the forest.

• COVID-19 UPDATE • To care for the health and wellbeing of everyone attending Yoga Nature’s Classes, current COVID-19 Guidelines and social distancing requirements for Yoga Classes/Studios will be in place. This includes providing hand-sanitiser etc – as well as everyone observing personal hygiene / etiquette, and social distancing in each class. Thank you!
For now, we won’t be using Yoga Nature’s communal yoga mats and props – PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT, water bottle, blanket, bolster, blocks etc – if you have them.
(If you don’t have a mat, please still come to class! I will have a few cleaned spare mats – just in case.)
