The power of Yoga lies in it’s direct experience and simple wisdom. Yoga provides many practical ways to help us live life fully – no matter what arises!

In these 2 hour workshops, you will explore, experience and learn practical Yoga techniques to help you live life with a a little more clarity, ease and joy. Each Workshop will focus on a Seed of Practice for enhancing your Wellbeing, and provide you with a simple, but direct taste of the essence of Yoga.

GROUNDING IS GROUNDING

Explore ways to access a greater sense of stability – physically and mentally. Grounding helps us to be fully present. Right here. Right now! The workshop will finish with a 25 minute Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation.

SOFTEN AND RELEASE

Explore ways to release tension and holding in the Body and the Breath. Softening helps us to access an inner calm and settle a busy mind. The workshop will finish with a 25 minute Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation.

WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?

These workshops are perfect for complete beginners and anyone who wishes to access a greater sense of Wellbeing, or those curious about Yoga, but don’t know where to start!

Friends already attending regular Yoga Nature classes, will also find these workshops a great way to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga.

The number of participants for each workshop will be kept small.

DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE?

No! These workshops require no prior Yoga experience or flexibility. For part of the workshop we will be moving a little. But any movement will be gentle and able to be done by everyone.

WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, during which the body goes into the deepest sleep possible, while the mind remains awake, fully aware and completely relaxed. Over time, regular practice of Yoga Nidra opens the body and mind to a deeper state of relaxation, harmony and wellbeing – on a physical and more subtle energetic level.

Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, so the whole body can rest and rejuvenate.
