Yoga Workshops for your Wellbeing!
As we move from the holiday season into the momentum of a New Year, we can often quickly lose that natural feeling of Wellbeing – that ‘Joyful Aliveness’ which comes from taking time out to rest and reconnect with ourselves.
Hopefully we feel reasonably refreshed and rejuvenated from time-off over the Christmas break, but how can we maintain our connection to this deeper sense of grounding, joy and ease, as we move back into our daily life? How can we explore and use Yoga to help us maintain this momentum of inspiration and rejuvenation throughout the coming year?
In light of these questions, I’ve been inspired to create a series of workshops – where I share some of Yoga’s simple wisdom for Wellbeing – practical, ‘do-able’ ways to bring the essence of Yoga into daily life.
In these 2 hour workshops, we will explore, experience and learn practical Yoga techniques to help you live life with a a little more clarity, ease and joy. Each workshop will finish with a 25 minute Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation*.
WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?
These workshops are perfect for complete beginners and anyone who wishes to access (and maintain) a greater sense of Wellbeing, or those curious about Yoga, but don’t know where to start!
Friends already attending regular Yoga Nature classes, will also find these workshops a great way to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga.
* And, don’t worry! Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, so the whole body can rest and rejuvenate!
